Caramelised Onion Marmalade
Very special, limited seasonal edition. Spicy, tangy and rich this is an exceptional addition to a cheese board but can be added to stews or gravies to enrich and bring a new flavour dimension.
Carrot and CARAWAY Relish
Light and fragrant. Try with a sharp cheese or pork pie. A great addition to a picnic basket.
Cranberry, Orange & Chilli Relish
Winter spiced relish, mild chilli heat but very aromatic. Best served with festive menus.
GARLIC AND FENNEL MUSTARD
Peppery heat with a rich garlic flavour. Best served with roast meats, particularly pork and lamb.
HOT CHILLI JAM
Moderate heat from de-seeded habeneros and hints of lime. Best served with meats and cheeses.
MANGO AND CHILLI CHUTNEY
Tangy, spiced, aromatic and addictive! Versatile but best served with Indian, Middle Eastern dishes, meats and cheeses.

MAPLE AND CHILLI MUSTARD
Hot, smokey heat from chipotle chillies and sweetness from maple syrup. Marvellous as a glaze for baked ham, but all meats love this.
MELLOW CHILLI JAM
Very mild, but with all the flavour of chilli and hints of lime. Best served with meats and cheeses. Ideal for those who dislike chilli heat.

PLUM AND RED ONION RELISH
Another cheese board favourite. Tangy and aromatic, made with Szechuan peppercorns and star anise. Works well with goats cheese and beetroot or butternut squash.
SMOKEY TOMATO RELISH
Tangy and smokey. Best served with barbeque food, particularly burgers, but any meats and cheese.

Whole cherries in winter spiced syrup. Best served with game dishes, dark chocolate desserts and in Prosecco.

SPICED PINEAPPLE CHUTNEY
Limited edition. Lightly spiced with hint of Lime, combining fresh Pineapple with whole spices and a hint of chilli. Best served with a baked ham or Thai curries.
WHOLEGRAIN HONEY MUSTARD
A store cupboard staple. We love this stirred though mayonnaise for a tasty chicken pasta salad.
